Immediate Positions
Sen-Pack, Inc., of Port Orange, Florida has an immediate opening for
Senior Design Engineer. The successful candidate will research and
analyze data to determine the feasibility of design and application of
machinery and equipment used in high-speed packaging systems, design
mechanical, electrical and/or programming improvements to existing
systems; design and fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment;
develop methods and procedures for testing systems; coordinate
fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems
conform to engineering design and customer specifications; coordinate
operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum
utilization of machinery/equipment; supervise or evaluate field
installations; recommend design modifications to eliminate machine and
system malfunctions; oversee operations, materials purchasing and other
areas, as directed by the CEO; review and analyze reports, data
processes and projects to determine and ensure that costs, forecasts,
margin objectives and company goals are attained. Required Skills:
knowledge and use of AutoCad Inventor, AutoCad 2010, MS Office, Rockwell
Automation/Allen-Bradley (AB) PLC Programming languages for the
following platforms: ControlLogix, MicroLogix and SLC processors; Sercos
servo drives; Frequency Drives; AB Panel View HMIs; AB PV Builder; FANUC
Robot and KUKA Robot motion control programming languages. Familiarity
with and a working knowledge of EU Quality Standards. Must have 5 years
engineering experience. Bachelor’s degree required in engineering. Send
